Efeito dos incentivos ao investimento nas empresas

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio tem como objetivo aferir se empresas que obtêm subsídios ao investimento na internacionalização obtêm resultados no que diz respeito à intensidade de exportação. O estudo efetuado tem por base informações de 25 empresas que obtiveram aprovação ao Sistema de Incentivos à Qualificação das PME do QREN, entre 2008 e 2013. Ainda que se pudesse prever que as empresas que obtêm este tipo de incentivos apresentassem uma maior intensidade de exportações, estudos realizados noutros países tanto apoiam como contrariam esta hipótese

This internship report aims to assess whether companies that get subsidies for investment in internationalization achieve results with regard to the intensity of exports. The study is based on information from 25 companies that have passed the Incentive Scheme for the Qualification of SMEs in the QREN, between 2008 and 2013. Even if one could predict that companies that get this kind of incentives present a greater intensity of exports, studies conducted in other countries both support and contradict this hypothesis.
