Acompanhamento da construção e reabilitação do Centro Escolar do Loreto

Abstract

Este trabalho aborda o acompanhamento da construção de um Centro Escolar. A presente dissertação pretende apresentar o trabalho de um diretor de obra, especificando genericamente os trabalhos executados na construção de um centro escolar. Neste trabalho também serão apresentados os processos construtivos e os materiais utilizados nos elementos mais importantes desta obra. O centro escolar tem a particularidade de abranger dois tipos de construção, a construção nova e reabilitação, mostrando duas versões diferentes dos processos construtivos.

This work approaches the accompaniment of the construction of a school center. The present dissertation intends to present the work of a construction management, being specified generically the works executed in the construction of a school center. In this work also the constructive processes and the materials used in the elements most important of this constructive management will be presented. The school center has the particularity to enclose two types of construction, the new construction and rehabilitation, showing two different versions of the constructive processes.
