Universidades da terceira idade e envelhecimento ativo: a Academia dos Saberes de Aveiro e a Universidade Sénior de Cacia: construção de pontes

Abstract

O presente trabalho insere-se no âmbito do estudo das Universidades da Terceira Idade, em Portugal, e da preocupação de um envelhecimento ativo e como este interatua com a educação. O projeto procura promover uma cooperação entre duas instituições preocupadas com o envelhecimento ativo: a Academia dos Saberes de Aveiro e a Universidade Sénior de Cacia. Por estar perante uma sociedade e um mundo envelhecido, é de nossa inteira preocupação entender o conceito “velhice” e o que é possível fazer para que esta fase da vida seja útil para quem a vive direta ou indiretamente. Para a credibilidade do presente trabalho, foram feitos inquéritos por questionário aos docentes, formandos e direções das Universidades acima descritas, dos quais se concluiu que é realmente necessário a cooperação de instituições desta natureza para que o crescimento das pessoas e das organizações seja possível.

The present work is inserted into the Third Study Scope of Age in Portugal, and Active Ageing Concern and how this interacts with education. The search Project promote a cooperation between two Institutions concerned about the Active Ageing: Academia dos Saberes from Aveiro and University Senior Cacia Being by before a society and a world aged, our full concern is understand the concept of " old age " and how it is possible to do in this stage of life. This is useful for those who live and those of an operating system surrounds. For the credibilit labour were made questionnaire surveys to the teachers, trainees, and directions from the Universities of above, from which it concluded that it is really necessary cooperation of institutions of this nature for the growth of individuals and organizations as possible.
