Estágio curricular realizado na Câmara Municipal de Águeda

Abstract

O presente relatório propõe divulgar as atividades mais importantes, desenvolvidas durante os cinco meses de estágio no Gabinete de Apoio à Presidência da Câmara Municipal de Águeda. Durante este percurso, recebi no edifício da Câmara, diferentes cidadãos, alguns de outras culturas e países, no qual tive de me adaptar usando quando necessário a língua universal, o inglês. O uso de diversas formas de comunicação na Câmara para comunicar com os munícipes, entidades e personalidades era usual, como o email, o ofício e contatos telefónicos, sendo necessário as tecnologias da informação. É apresentado o Projeto de Vida onde é desenvolvido o trabalho em grupo, o espírito de grupo, as relações interpessoais, a aceitação da mudança e a resolução de conflitos.

This report describes the more important activities carried out during the five months spent in an internship in the Support Office for the President of the Municipality of Águeda. During this journey, I received in the building of City Hall of Águeda, different citizens, some from other cultures and countries, through which I had to adapt and use English, the universal language when necessary. The use of different forms of communication such as email, letters and telephone calls in the City Hall of Águeda in order to communicate with citizens, organizations and personalities was usual as was the use of information technology. The Project is presented showing the development of team work, team spirit, interpersonal relationships, the acceptance of change and conflict resolution.
