Modelo de intervenção territorial da IEUA

Abstract

As incubadoras de Empresas na Região Centro têm aumentado significativamente. Estas afirmam-se como espaços de preferência para a localização de novas iniciativas empresariais, de promoção do empreendedorismo, da inovação e da ligação aos centros de conhecimento. Por estes motivos, o objetivo deste trabalho passa por investigar a evolução da Incubadora de Empresas da Universidade de Aveiro (IEUA) em termos de trabalho em rede, através da identificação do seu sistema de inovação local e regional. Neste sentido, proceder-se-á à identificação do modelo de intervenção territorial utilizado por esta no desenvolvimento da cidade de Aveiro e da Região Centro.

Business incubators in the Central Region of Portugal have significantly increased. They claim themselves as spaces of preference for the location of new business initiatives, to promote entrepreneurship, innovation and connecting the centers of knowledge. For these reasons, the objective of this assignment is to investigate the evolution of the Business Incubator of Aveiro’s University (IEUA) in terms of networking, through the identification of its local and regional innovation system. In this sense, the identification of territorial intervention model used by this incubator will be done to understand how it influence the development of Aveiro’s city of and the Central Region of Portugal.
