Abstract: | A Geometria Descritiva, domínio da representação gráfica rigorosa,
manipulação concede habilidades porventura insuspeitadas, ela permite o
Descriptive Geometry, domain of a true graphic representation, has grown in experiments related to the evolution of man´s activities, looking for the representation of space and visual communication of shapes. However, it exceeds its most obvious purpose in order to be defined as a measure of rational analysis and investigation of the observed and the imagined. Its handling offers perhaps unsuspected skills, thus it allows the development of individual and specific mental abilities. The tradicional teaching of this subject is associated with some limitations in showing the real, not always perceptible. The new technologies in general, and the domains of three-dimensioanl visualization in particular, can contribute significantly to the understanding of a language decoder of na apparent complexity. Nevertheless, those useful tools seem to put into question the sustained knowledge that allowed their development. Nothing more than a mistake, they are just mere descendents. |
