Planeamento e gestão de peças de substituição

Abstract

Com o decrescimento do mercado e a redução do nível de vendas, as peças de substituição constituem uma importante fonte de receita para as empresas. O nível de serviço, é atualmente um fator extremamente importante e diferenciador da concorrência e por isso, as empresas procuram cada vez mais a otimização dos seus processos para reduzir custos e por outro lado, aumentar a satisfação do cliente. O Planeamento e gestão de peças de substituição são deveras importantes para a empresa onde se desenvolve este trabalho, pois envolvem inúmeros recursos e custos que podem ser melhorados. O presente projeto relaciona-se com o planeamento e gestão de peças de substituição que é atualmente afetado negativamente pelas características do mercado Ibéria. Assim pretende-se avaliar os processos atuais de ambos os mercados e propor alternativas que permitam obter melhores resultados para as áreas afetadas. O projeto contempla ainda proposta e consequente melhoria do plano de cargas de peças de substituição para os diversos mercados. Assim, depois de verificar os motivos de entropia, decidiu-se alinhar o timing de MRP com os aparelhos finais. Para a expedição, foram realizadas algumas simulações que constituíram o input para a parametrização e alteração do algoritmo no sistema SAP. Como resultado deste projeto, o planeamento de peças de substituição e a tarefa do procurement tornou-se muito mais simples. O plano de cargas, aliviou o número de decisões e permitiu a melhoria do nível de serviço.

With the decrease of the market and reducing of sales level, spare parts are an important source of revenue for companies. The service level is currently an extremely important differentiator from competition and because of that, firms seek increasingly the optimization of their processes to reduce costs and on the other hand, increase customer satisfaction. The planning and management of spare parts are really important for the company where this project was developed because they involve many resources and costs that can be improved. This project relates to the planning and management of spare parts that is currently adversely affected by the characteristics of Iberia market. It is intended to evaluate the current processes of both markets and propose alternatives that achieve better results for the affected areas. This project also includes the proposal and improvement of ship plan for all markets. Thus, after have checked the motives for this entropy, we have decided to align the timing of MRP with the final equipment. For the expedition, were effected some simulations that constituted the input for the parameterization and changes in the algorithm for the system SAP. As the result of this project the planning of spare parts and the task of procurement has become more simple. The ship plan, eased the number of decisions and allowed the improvement of service level.
