Relatório de estágio: gabinete do antigo aluno da Universidade de Aveiro

Abstract

O presente relatório resulta do estágio curricular realizado no Gabinete do Antigo Aluno da Universidade de Aveiro, no âmbito do Mestrado em Línguas e Relações Empresariais e tem como objetivo divulgar as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio bem como o projeto para os Antigos Alunos da Universidade de Aveiro. Existe a contextualização do Gabinete e uma breve descrição de quem são os Antigos Alunos. Será apresentado o projeto inicial para os Antigos Alunos da Universidade de Aveiro, que inclui a descrição teórica do projeto e a sua aplicação pratica, um plano de marketing específico para este tipo de público e uma abordagem aos Antigos Alunos Internacionais. Neste caso é feito um enquadramento deste tipo de Antigo Aluno e uma maneira de eles se associarem à Universidade. Por fim, farei uma reflexão de todo o trabalho realizado e relacionar o estágio com os conhecimentos adquiridos no curso.

This report is the result of the curricular internship carried out at the Alumni Office at the University of Aveiro, for the Masters degree in Languages and Business Relations. It shows the activities developed during the Internship as well as the project of the Alumni of the University of Aveiro. There is a contextualization of the Office and a brief description of who the Alumni are. This is followed by a presentation of the initial project for the Alumni, that includes the theoretical description and the practical application of the project, a specific marketing plan and an approach to the International Alumni. A description of the Alumni and the way they associate themselves to the University is given. Finally, there is a reflection of all the work done relating the Internship with the knowledge acquired during the course.
