abstract: Resonance Raman spectroscopy has been used to study multiphonon scattering on the overtones of fully symmetric LO phonons in the crystal lattice of Mn-doped ZnO nanorods. A relationship between the scattering intensity and defectness of nanorods is established, which is manifested by the presence of green luminescence.
