Revisão da literatura com apoio do software webQDA

Abstract

A revisão da literatura é um processo que pode ser otimizado com o apoio de ferramentas digitais. Esta pesquisa apresentou como objetivo principal identificar as funcionalidades do software webQDA de acordo com as etapas da Revisão da Literatura. Considera-se a Revisão da Literatura como uma abordagem qualitativa, portanto é fundamental conhecer as potencialidades e os limites das ferramentas digitais disponíveis no mercado. Trata-se de projeto de Investigação & Desenvolvimento, no qual é apresentada a implementação de novas funcionalidades no software webQDA por meio de processos iterativos e incrementais. Os resultados demonstram que os estudos de Revisão da Literatura, neste caso específico, realizado pela equipe multidisciplinar do software webQDA, permitiram a tomada de decisão no aprimoramento deste software e implementação de novas funcionalidades, a fim de satisfazer as necessidades dos utilizadores.

The literature review is a process that can be optimized with the support of digital tools. The primary objective of this research was to identify the functionalities of the webQDA software according to the stages of the Literature Review. Literature Review is considered as a qualitative approach, so it is fundamental to know the potentialities and limits of digital tools available in the market. It is a Research & Development project, which presents the implementation of new functionalities in webQDA software through iterative and incremental processes. The results demonstrate that the Literature Review studies, in this specific case, carried out by the multidisciplinary team of webQDA software, allowed the decision making in the improvement of this software and implementation of new functionalities in order to satisfy the needs of the users.
