Coordenadas do subterrâneo: a edição underground em Lisboa

Abstract

O presente trabalho propõe-se definir as coordenadas físicas e concetuais do underground de Lisboa, a partir de uma seleção de entrevistas com editores a operar presentemente na cidade. Procura-se investigar a autossuficiência como noção central para este tipo de pensamento e práticas editoriais, assim como a busca da autenticidade enquanto orientação fundadora da sua identidade e posicionamento, com repercussões nos objetos e discursos produzidos, nas relações de trabalho promovidas e na formação e consolidação da comunidade.

The following dissertation aims to define the physical and conceptual coordinates of Lisboa underground, from a selection of interviews with editors currently working in the city. It is of our interest to investigate self-sufficiency as a central notion to these editorial reflections and practices, as well as the search for authenticity as a founding element of its identity and positioning, with consequences on the produced objects and discourses, the promoted laboral relations and on the formation and consolidation of this community.
