Tradução comentada de decisões efetuadas pelo Instituto Europeu de Patentes

Abstract

O presente trabalho foi realizado no segundo ano do Mestrado em Tradução Especializada, vertente das Ciências Jurídicas, lecionado na Universidade de Aveiro. Este projeto teve como objetivo a tradução de duas decisões efetuadas pelo Instituto Europeu de Patentes. O trabalho contempla as várias fases do processo de tradução, desde a análise textual até à resolução de problemas tradutológicos e à elaboração de um glossário.

The following project was carried out in the second year of the Master´s Degree in Specialized Translation in the field of Legal Sciences, at the University of Aveiro. The purpose of this project was to translate two decisions from English to Portuguese issued by the European Patent Office. This project reflects on the various stages of the translation process, starting from analyzing the source texts up until the resolution of translation problems and to the compilation of a glossary.
