Foram desenvolvidos métodos que permitem detectar e quantificar estas substâncias, que estão em franca expansão, utilizando duas matrizes biológicas: sangue e humor vítreo. Paralelamente foi estudado o comportamento da droga a nível farmacocinético e de redistribuição postmortem, utilizando um modelo animal. | pt |
dc.description.abstract | The present work pretends to open new horizonts in the bounds of analytical methodology for the determination of designer drugs. There were developed methods wich permited the detection and the quantification of this new substances that were in expansion, employing two biological matrices: blood and vitreous humor.
