Relatório de estágio na Oficina do Doce (Fabridoce – Doces Regionais, Lda.)

Abstract

Este relatório pretende apresentar o Estágio Curricular na Oficina do Doce (Fabridoce) no âmbito do Mestrado em Línguas e Relações Empresariais. Após uma breve introdução, o relatório apresenta a indústria agroalimentar em Portugal e na Europa. De seguida procede-se à caraterização e descrição da entidade de acolhimento e posteriormente são descritas as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do Estágio. O capítulo seguinte descreve a doçaria conventual Portuguesa, nomeadamente a confeção dos Ovos Moles de Aveiro IGP. Finalmente, a parte final do relatório contém uma reflexão global acerca do trabalho desenvolvido durante os cinco meses de tirocínio.

This report aims to present the curriculum internship in the Oficina do Doce (Fabridoce) as part of the Master’s degree in Languages and Business Relations. After a brief introduction, the report presents the Food Industry in Portugal and in Europe. Then one characterises and describes the company where the internship took place and afterwards the tasks performed throughout the internship. The following chapter describes the Portuguese conventual confectionery, namely the manufacture of Ovos Moles from Aveiro PGI. Finally, the last part of the report contains an overall consideration of the work carried out during the five months of practice.
