Relatório de estágio no Gabinete ABC : tradução jurídica

Abstract

O presente relatório visa demonstrar que, apesar dos esforços do Direito Comparado com vista à harmonização internacional, ainda existem diferenças notórias entre os direitos vigentes nos variados sistemas jurídicos, as quais representam uma barreira ao exercício da Tradução Jurídica. Este relatório visa igualmente dar a conhecer o funcionamento da empresa de tradução onde foi realizado o estágio curricular, o Gabinete ABC, descrevendo e exemplificando todas as tarefas realizadas.

The present report aims to demonstrate that, despite the efforts of the Comparative Law regarding an international harmonisation, there are still evident differences between the Laws in force in the several legal systems, which represent an obstacle to the exercise of legal translation. This report has also the purpose of presenting the functioning of the translation company where the academic training was performed, Gabinete ABC, describing and exemplifying all the tasks carried out.
