Estudo sobre a certificação nas empresas: relatório de estágio

Abstract

O presente trabalho apresenta um estudo, a nível nacional, sobre a certificação das empresas. O seu desenvolvimento situa-se no âmbito do Mestrado em Matemática e Aplicações, com o apoio da empresa MultiDados®, onde decorreu o estágio curricular. Pretende-se que o estudo apresente a realidade das empresas certificadas relativamente ás normas e organismos de certificação que o mercado mais utiliza, bem como, as vantagens e dificuldades sentidas na implementação do processo de certificação. Nas empresas não certificadas, pretende-se perceber os motivos pelos quais as empresas não optam pela certificação e no caso em que têm implementado um procedimento de gestão interno, identificam-se as áreas em que estas empresas se apoiaram.

This work presents a study, at a national level, about the certification of enterprises. The development was set under the master degree in Mathematics and Applications with the support of the company MultiDados® where it took place the curricular traineeship. It is intended that the study presents the reality of companies certified as ace norms and organisms of certification which the market more use ,as well as ,the advantages and difficulties in the implementation of the certification process. In the non-certified companies, it is intended to understand the reasons why companies did not opt for certification and in case they have implemented a procedure for internal management identifies the areas in which these companies have relied.
