TY: CHAP T1 - Ethnomusicology and its Sisyphus. Inter-knowledge, dialogue and prudence for a disciplinary (re)classification A1 - Sardo, Susana N2 - According to Greek mythology, Sisyphus (???????) was the founder and the first king of Ephyra, now known as Corinth. Multiple stories describe Sisyphus as a trickster and a swindler who, on different occasions, defied the power of the Gods by acting according to his own rules and personal interests. As a result, Zeus punished Sisyphus: he had to climb up to the top of a mountain carrying a huge rock on his back. However, each time he almost reached the top of the hill, the rock would roll back down and Sisyphus had to start again from the beginning.
