Design de interacção e usabilidade em sistemas de informação

Abstract

Com a evolução das instituições mudanças constantes acontecem, sejam sociais, económicas, políticas, tecnológicas, que propicia cada vez mais a necessidade de aperfeiçoamento. A informatização das instituições e criação de novos sistemas vem sendo e deve ser um ponto de preocupação para os desenvolvedores na perspectiva de melhorar cada vez mais a interacção dos utilizadores para com os mesmos. Esta preocupação neste estudo em particular tem como relevância o processo de design de interfaces lógicas interactivas que fornecem suporte às actividades quotidianas das pessoas, seja no lar ou no trabalho. Tal processo inclui a criação de experiências que visam melhorar e ampliar a maneira como as pessoas se comunicam, trabalham e interagem com determinados Sistemas.

With the evolution of institutions, a permanent transformation has taken place in every social field, be it in the economical, political, social and technological sphere. The transformation of different stages of society has promoted also the need for new working tools of and for development. The introduction of computer systems and the creation of new systems have been and will continue to be a big and real concern for development agents in the perspective of improving the user interaction of the above-mentioned systems. With regards this study, the main objective is to give relevance to Design Process of interactive and logical interfaces, which is very important in family and working places, as well as in everyday life of people living together. The aim of such a process includes getting skillful experiences that will contribute to better enlarge the different forms of communication, working and interaction in such specific systems.
