Filosofia Lean : comboio logístico e logística interna na Polinter

Abstract

O presente trabalho contempla a apresentação de várias ferramentas KAIZEN na óptica da eliminação de desperdícios. Irá ser descrito as principais características da Filosofia Lean aplicada principalmente na área da logística, com a implementação do comboio logístico. Para além deste projecto engloba a descrição do processo de encomendas que envolve os clientes da Polinter e a empresa em si, detalhando como funciona o mesmo.

The present work contemplates the presentation of some tools KAIZEN in the optics of the elimination of wastefulness. It will go to be described the main characteristics of the Lean Philosophy applied mainly in the area of the logistic one, with the implementation of the logistic convoy. Also include the description of the process of orders that involves the customers of the Polinter and the company in itself, detailing as it functions the same.
