Servitization: uma proposta de modelo

Abstract

Com base numa alargada revisão bibliográfica, o presente trabalho dispõe-se a mostrar uma visão do conceito servitization, divulgando alguns casos significativos. Debruça-se sobre a estratégia de construção da solução correspondente aos requisitos e anseios do cliente (par produto-serviço). Numa fase final, propõe-se um modelo passível de ser tido como ferramenta de aplicação de servitization.

Based on a wide bibliographic revision, the current work proposes to show a version of the servitization concept by disclosing some significant cases. It focuses on the strategy of the construction of the correspondent solution to the requirements and aspirations of the client (pair product-service). In a final phase a model liable to be taken as an application tool of servitization will be suggested.
