Análise comparativa de custos de lajes fungiformes

Abstract

Na construção civil são cada vez mais procuradas soluções que sejam simultaneamente simples e eficazes e que proporcionem redução de custos, rapidez e flexibilidade de execução. Por este motivo as lajes fungiformes têm sido uma das melhores alternativas para a construção de pavimentos em edificações. Com a presente dissertação pretende-se analisar e comparar os custos entre dois tipos de lajes fungiformes mais correntemente utilizadas, aligeiradas com moldes recuperáveis e maciças com capitéis. Na análise em causa a utilização considerada para os pavimentos foi do tipo residencial e foram abrangidos os vãos mais correntes em lajes fungiformes. Para a análise das lajes recorreu-se a dois métodos diferentes, o método dos elementos finitos e os métodos simplificados, com o intuito de comparar os resultados de cada método. Para o dimensionamento, verificações de segurança e disposições construtivas, considerou-se a regulamentação em vigor aplicável nos estados membros do Comité Europeu de Normalização, nomeadamente os Eurocódigos. De modo a facilitar a tomada de decisão entre a utilização destes dois tipos de soluções, na análise de resultados é feita uma comparação das deformadas e dos esforços obtidos e são apresentados os custos dos recursos necessários e o custo total de cada laje para cada modelo de estudo. A partir deste trabalho chegou-se à conclusão que as lajes aligeiradas tem um custo inferior que as lajes maciças para vãos superiores a 8 m. Foi também possível concluir que para análise de lajes fungiformes, o método dos elementos finitos é um método mais abrangente que o método simplificado.

The construction industry is increasingly looking for solutions that are both simple and effective and that provide cost savings, speed and flexibility of execution. For this reason the flat slabs have been one of the best alternatives for the slab construction in building. With the present dissertation we aim to analyze and compare costs between two types of flat slabs more commonly used, waffle grid flats with recovered molds and solid ones with enlarged column heads. In this analysis the use considered for the floors was of the residential type of slabs and were included the most common spans in flat slabs. For the analysis of the slabs we turned to two different methods, the finite element method and the simplified methods in order to compare the results of each method. For the design, security checks and construction rules, it was considered the current legislation applied in the member countries of the European Committee for Standardization, namely the Eurocodes. In order to make the decision between the use of these two types of floors easier, in the analysis of the results it is made a comparison between the deflection and the internal forces obtained and is shown the price for the necessary resources and the total cost of each slab for each study model. From this work on, we came to the conclusion that waffle slabs have a lower cost than solid slabs for spans over 8 m. It was also possible to conclude that for the analyzes of flat slabs, the finite elements method is more extensive than the simplified one.
