Relatório de estágio na Synergie - Empresa de Trabalho Temporário, S.A.

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio estuda a relação homem-trabalho, em particular as mais recentes alterações que conduziram a novas modalidades de emprego, entre as quais o trabalho temporário. O trabalho temporário é a temática central deste estudo e analisar-se-á a sua origem e evolução em Portugal, bem como as suas principais características. Para além disto, será feito um levantamento das principais vantagens e desvantagens desta modalidade de emprego para empresas e colaboradores. Por fim, analisar-se-ão as respostas ao Inquérito por Questionário desenvolvido e aplicado por mim, com o objetivo de perceber qual é a opinião dos cidadãos relativamente a esta nova forma de emprego que tem ganho cada vez mais peso e importância. De acordo com as informações recolhidas acerca do trabalho temporário, este sempre foi associado à instabilidade e à precariedade, no sentido em que as pessoas têm salários baixos, pouco acompanhamento e poucas perspetivas de continuidade na empresa. No entanto, este estudo veio mostrar que o trabalho temporário tem sido caracterizado como uma oportunidade de conhecer diferentes realidades, com acompanhamento sólido, remunerações justas e compatíveis e ainda oportunidades de formação. O trabalho temporário tem tido cada vez mais representatividade em Portugal, uma vez que está entre os 5 países europeus com mais recurso a esta prestação de serviços. Por essa razão torna-se importante analisar os contornos que esta forma de emprego tem no país.

This internship report studies the man-work relationship, in particular the most recent changes that led to new forms of employment, including temporary work. Temporary work is the central theme of this study and its origin and evolution in Portugal will be analyzed, as well as its main characteristics. In addition, a survey will be made of the main advantages and disadvantages of this type of employment for companies and employees. Finally, the responses to the Survey by Questionnaire developed and applied by me will be analyzed, with the objective of understanding what is the opinion of citizens regarding this new form of employment that has gained more and more weight and importance. According to the information collected about temporary work, this has always been associated with instability and precariousness, in the sense that people have low salaries, little monitoring and few prospects of continuity in the company. However, this study showed that temporary work has been characterized as an opportunity to get to know different realities, with solid monitoring, fair and compatible remuneration and training opportunities. Temporary work has been increasingly representative in Portugal, since it is among the 5 European countries with the most use of this provision of services. For this reason, it is important to analyze the contours that this form of employment has in the country.
