(Re)paginar os atores do livro, do revisor ao editor e ao leitor: relatório de estágio no Grupo Almedina

Abstract

O presente relatório tem por objetivo expor criticamente as experiências, aprendizagens e desafios proporcionados pelo estágio curricular realizado no departamento editorial do Grupo Almedina entre 18 de janeiro e 15 de julho de 2021, no âmbito da conclusão do Mestrado em Estudos Editoriais. Neste estudo, analisar-se-ão as diversas atividades concretizadas de forma integrada relativamente ao percurso do livro, mas, sobretudo, no que concerne aos profissionais que nele intervêm — em particular o revisor e o editor — havendo ainda lugar à reflexão sobre a atual relação intricada deste último com os leitores.

The present report aims to critically expose the experiences, learnings and challenges provided by the curricular internship held in at the Grupo Almedina publishing department from January 18th to July 15th 2021, for the conclusion of the Master's degree in Editorial Studies. In this work, the various activities carried out will be analyzed in an integrated way regarding the book journey and the professionals who intervene in it — particularly, the copyeditor and the publisher. Additionally, there is also a reflection on the current intricate relationship of the publishers with the readers.
