Relatório de estágio realizado no Departamento Controlo Financeiro da Empresa Auto Ribeiro Lda.

Abstract

O presente relatório é o resultado final de um estágio curricular no âmbito do Mestrado em Contabilidade do Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração da Universidade de Aveiro no período de 6 meses na empresa Auto Ribeiro Lda. Esta empresa atua no mercado da transformação de carroçarias e de equipamento de emergência médica pré-hospitalar. Este relatório descreve todas as atividades realizadas no seguimento do estágio curricular realizado no departamento de controlo financeiro da empresa. Os objetivos do estágio assentam na inserção do estagiário no mercado de trabalho, adquirir e desenvolver conhecimentos e competências cruciais para o percurso do estágio. O relatório primeiramente faz uma breve introdução e enquadramento do estágio bem como os objetivos e motivações e a estrutura do relatório. No segundo capítulo aborda o tema dos indicadores chave de desempenho a sua definição e importância. Nos restantes capítulos é feita uma breve apresentação da entidade acolhedora, onde é relatada a sua história de evolução e crescimento, os seus produtos e mercados, a sua estrutura organizacional, missão, valores e projetos. Por fim é feito o relato detalhado das tarefas realizadas ao longo do estágio, seguida da conclusão e análise crítica do estágio realizado.

This report is the final result of a curricular internship integrated in the Master in Accounting at the Higher Institute of Accounting and Administration at the University of Aveiro over a period of 6 months at the company Auto Ribeiro Lda. This company operates in the field of vehicle transformation market pre-hospital emergency medical equipment. This report describes all the activities carried out during the curricular internship in the company's financial control department. The objectives of the internship are based on the insertion of the intern in the job market, to acquire and develop knowledge and skills that are crucial for the course of the internship and for the future insertion in the job market. The report first makes a brief contextualization of the internship, the objectives, personal motivations and its organization. In the second chapter we approach the theme of the key performance indicators, their definition and importance. In the following chapters it´s made a brief presentation of the company, their history of evolution and growth, its products and markets, its organizational structure, mission and values and projects and then it procedes to an detailed report of the tasks performed during the internship, followed by and conclusion and critical analysis of the internship.
