Nesta dissertação, é apresentada a aplicação móvel Spica Diary, baseada
Social anxiety disorder is one of the most common psychological disorders, characterized by an excessive fear of possible negative evaluations by others, as well as by an excessive social isolation and an extreme anxiety when dealing with social situations. In this work, the mobile App Spica Diary is described. This App is based on the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which has been proved to be a suitable therapeutic approach regarding Social Anxiety Treatment. This work is based on a previous work, an app called Appsiety, with new features added and a complete new process in User Interface and User Experience. This mobile application might be useful in the treatment of social anxiety disorder because it allows a better connection between the therapist and patient, keeps the patients in the treatment and allows a more efficient and well organized management of human resources of the mental health services. |
