Insofar have expanded the studies about the role of school as articulating axis of other sectors, since the late twentieth century, the debate on development of teaching professionalism and teachers’ profile shifts to the centrality of political orientations. As a result, the promotion and increase of the number of projects and continuous education programs with themes that meet teacher's knowledge and know-how. However, the state of the art (2006-2015) indicates that there are few studies that focus directly on the planning and lesson plan, one of the justifications is the technicism historical context in which its foundations were built. Thus, was considered the dynamics that affect the teaching work, its interactive nature and developed by its own interpretations and meanings, and the factor that teachers are called to go along such changes with the formative investment in themes that help (re) think and respond to the emerging needs that are projected in their pedagogical practice. It is understood that this has a relationship with the complex nature of didactic planning because it directly affects the process of management, articulation and theoretical-practical mediation of curriculum and didactics through the process of teaching and learning. This implies thinking and investing in continuing education, favoring peer dialogue between teachers and activities that enhance their skills to plan. Anchored in these premises, we start from the following questions: What theoretical and practical discourses characterize the didactic planning of teachers of the first years of schooling in São Luís? To what extent has the formative space outlined contributed to the (re) significance of didactic planning? The research involved teachers of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of elementary school in public schools of São Luís / MA and aims to: i) analyze the discourses on didactic planning and the implications on their pedagogical practice; and ii) build knowledge about didactic planning skills in a formative and collaborative environment and using digital information and communication technologies (TDIC). The research is qualitative and supported by the complexity paradigm, given as interactive, unpredictable and recursive constitutive conditions of knowledge that defy human thinking. It assumes in its development characteristics of case study interconnected in two phases: a first exploratory study and a second intensive study, focused on the proposed training program. Were used a set of techniques of specific data collect (questionnaire, interview, collecting documents, direct observation, logbook) that were submitted to content analysis, our main analysis technique. Were still used webQDA and Mendeley software to organize and manage data and references. The study results are presented at the conceptual and formative level. Conceptually, was found the primacy (already related on the literature) of the time factor, the ordering of contents and the pragmatic overlapping of the document as conditioning factors of teaching planning. This allows us to move forward with proposals for making didactic planning as a locus for teacher self-training. The contribution at the training level, albeit modest, suggests the evocation of skills by teachers who have exercised or think critically about what they do. Thus, they can attribute more authorial and interdisciplinary new meanings to their practice of their classes. It’s supposed that didactic planning skills can be fostered within the proposed formatted model, albeit evolving and aligned with complex thinking. In the limitations, the results at the training level point to a low interaction between the participating teachers and suggest reasons that are related with the reduced time that they have to development actions that are beyond the activities they already perform in the school space, as well as a formative culture of individualized work. As an indication for future investigations, emerge, for example: software development that assists in the didactic planning process, studies focused on teacher collaboration and teacher training supported by complex thinking.
