Relatório de estágio na empresa Transgranitos- Mármores e Granitos do Alto Tâmega LDA

Abstract

O presente relatório descreve e analisa as atividades do estágio curricular, realizado no Departamento Comercial da empresa Transgranitos - Mármores e Granitos do Alto Tâmega Lda, no âmbito do Mestrado em Línguas e Relações Empresariais. O relatório é composto por uma descrição da empresa, dos seus produtos e do processo produtivo. Após esta contextualização da empresa, segue-se a descrição das atividades desempenhadas durante o estágio curricular. Procede-se depois ao tema de investigação que remete ao marketing digital, mais concretamente às estratégias de marketing digital que o Departamento Comercial pode implementar para promover a empresa e aumentar a sua visibilidade, no mercado nacional e internacional.

This report describes and analyses the activities of the curricular internship, held at the Commercial Department of the company Transgranitos - Mármores e Granitos do Alto Tâmega Lda, within the scope of the Master in Languages and Business Relations. The report consists of a description of the company, its products and the production process. This contextualization of the company is followed by a description of the activities performed during the curricular internship. The report finishes with the research theme which addresses the topic of digital marketing, specifically the digital marketing strategies that the Commercial Department can implement to promote the company and increase its visibility in the national and international markets.
