Registos de língua e a sua influência na tradução médica para alemão

Abstract

Como em qualquer outra área, a área da medicina não está isenta de comunicação entre vários grupos distintos de pessoas. Essa comunicação acaba por levar a diferenças na forma como se comunica e na terminologia. É no alemão que se conseguem notar algumas destas diferenças, com termos de origem diferente. Este projeto de final de Mestrado consiste na tradução de 8 textos de português para alemão, com respetiva recolha terminológica e análise textual, de forma a apresentar algumas das diferenças na terminologia usada em diferentes registos. Este relatório pretende mostrar não apenas uma abordagem teórica à questão das linguagens de especialidade, como também os processos de análise textual e as diferenças terminológica entre diferentes registos na língua alemã.

As in any other area, medicine is not exempt from communication between several distinct groups of people. This communication eventually leads to differences in the way one communicates and in terminology. It is in the German language that we can see some of these differences with terms with different etymology This project is the final step of this master’s degree and it consists of the translation of 8 texts from Portuguese to German, with the respective collection of terminology and textual analysis, in order to present some of the differences in terminology used in different axis of communication. This project aims to show not only a theoretical approach to the issue of specialized languages, but also the processes of textual analysis and the terminological differences between different axis in the German language.
