Estágio curricular: Ian McMahon - Unipessoal Lda

Abstract

O presente relatório descreve um estágio de natureza curricular realizado com o objetivo de obter o grau de mestre em Engenharia Civil pela Universidade de Aveiro. A proposta de estágio, com duração de sete meses e subordinada ao tema geral de “Fiscalização de Obra”, decorreu na empresa de engenharia Ian McMahon – Unipessoal Lda., com sede no Porto e escritórios em Lisboa, com foco na área de Engenharia Civil e vocacionada para a gestão de projetos e fiscalização de obras. Durante o período de estágio realizou-se o acompanhamento enquanto engenheiro fiscal da reabilitação de um edifício devoluto, localizado na Calçada São Francisco nº 23 a 27, em Lisboa

This report describes a curricular internship with the objective of obtaining a master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Aveiro. The seven-month internship proposal, subject to the general theme of "Construction Supervision", was held at the engineering company Ian McMahon - Unipessoal Lda., based in Porto and with offices in Lisbon, focused in Civil Engineering and dedicated to project management and construction supervision. During the internship period, took place the supervision as the site engineer of the rehabilitation of an abandoned building, located at Calçada São Francisco nº 23 a 27 in Lisbon for residential use
