Abstract: | A presente investigação teve como principal objetivo, concluir a
do violetista, demonstrando benefícios no momento da prática
instrumental.
acesso The main objective of the following research was to come to the conclusion that carrying out warm-up, relaxation and stretching exercises is relevant for the performance of a violist. In order to do this, a project of investigation and implementation was orchestrated at the Escola Artística do Conservatório de Música Calouste Gulbenkian in Aveiro. Surveys and audio-visual recordings were the chosen methods to obtain the necessary data. The analysis of the results revealed that carrying out the abovementioned exercises leads to a superior performance of the violist, thus being beneficial for the practice of the musical instrument. In this way, they can and must be carried out by all musicians and adapted, if necessary, to each individual according to the characteristics of their musical instrument. The aim is to get these exercises to feature in the education programme, thereby promoting healthy habits and improving the performance of the musicians. A posteriori, the goal is to devise an easy to get access to digital guide specifying a few basic exercises |
