Procedimentos para a eliminação de tensão muscular no violino

Abstract

Um dos problemas mais comuns nos violinistas ou violetistas é a pressão excessiva dos dedos na corda e o excesso de força para segurar o arco. Assim, pretende-se verificar se alguns dos exercícios contidos no método de Fischer e Sfilio podem ser úteis para os alunos que apresentam dificuldades técnicas relacionadas com a tensão muscular, limitação dos movimentos e postura, considerados fundamentais para uma performance otimizada. É apresentada uma revisão de alguns métodos de violino redigidos entre o séc. XVIII e o séc. XX, entre os quais se destacam Francesco Germiniani, Francesco Sfilio, Ivan Galamian e Simon Fischer.

One of the most frequent problems of violinist and violist is represented by the excess of power from the fingers of the left hand on the string, and the excess of power from the fingers of the right hand to hold the bow. Like this, it is intended to verify if some of the exercises contained in the Fischer and Sfilio´s methods could be helpful for students who present technical difficulties related to muscular tension, limitation of movement and posture, which are considered fundamental to achieve an optimized performance. It is presented a literature review of the violin methods between the XVIII and XX centuries, some of are more distinguish, such as Francesco Germiniani, Francesco Sfilio, Ivan Galamian and Simon Fischer.
