Manual de indicadores de monitorização territorial para o PDM do Município de Aveiro

Abstract

O presente relatório propõe divulgar o trabalho realizado durante o estágio curricular que realizei na divisão de Planeamento e Projetos da Câmara Municipal de Aveiro e que se enquadrou no Mestrado em Planeamento Regional e Urbano da Universidade de Aveiro. Neste sentido, é propósito deste relatório expor o trabalho desenvolvido ao nível da monitorização do instrumento de gestão territorial, PDM, no município de Aveiro. A realização deste relatório permitiu-me concluir como deve ser monitorizado o PDM, e a importância que este tem no município. É de extrema importância que o município tenha um conhecimento atualizado do seu território de modo a que seja possível planear para a sua realidade. Nesta perspetiva surge a pertinência deste relatório.

The present report proposes to disclose the work done during the curricular internship that I carried out in the Planning and Projects division of the Aveiro City Council and that was included in the Master in Regional and Urban Planning of the University of Aveiro. In this sense, the purpose of this report is to present the work developed in the monitoring of the territorial management instrument, PDM, in the municipality of Aveiro. The realization of this report allowed me to conclude how the PDM should be monitored, and the importance it has in the municipality. It is extremely important that the municipality has an updated knowledge of its territory so that it is possible to plan for its reality. From this perspective, the relevance of this report appears.
