Ensaios in situ e laboratoriais no estudo geológico e geotécnico de solos

Abstract

Esta tese tem como principal objetivo o estudo da geotecnia de solos, nomeadamente a realização de estudos de caracterização geológica e geotécnica de maciços terrosos. No âmbito de um estágio curricular foram desenvolvidas campanhas de caracterização geológica e geotécnica de solos, em diferentes locais do país, que incluíram a recolha de dados in situ, através de ensaios como o SPT (standart penetration test) e DPSH (ensaio de penetração dinâmica super pesada), o ensaio laboratorial das amostras aí recolhidas e, finalmente, a elaboração dos respetivos relatórios geotécnicos. A partir dos resultados dos ensaios realizados procedeu-se à respetiva avaliação e interpretação, daí resultando zonamentos geotécnicos interpretativos e propostas de parametrização das unidades nestes identificadas.

The main goal of this thesis is the geotechnical study of soils, specifically, the elaboration of studies of geological and geotechnical characterization of soils. Campaigns of geological and geotechnical characterization were developed in different locations of the portuguese territory, during the realization of an intership. These campaigns included field work and collecting of field data through in situ tests (SPT, DPSH), laboratory tests on the samples collected and finally the elaboration of geotechnical reports. With the results of the refered tests the evaluation and interpretation of said results was made, resulting in interpretative geotechnical profiles and parametrization proposals of the units identified.
