Tradução comentada de sentenças do alemão para o português

Abstract

O presente projeto descreve o léxico e as fórmulas utilizadas nas sentenças alemãs e suíças, e analisa a sua tradução para português. Este exemplifica as dificuldades e desafios emergentes na tradução jurídica, mais especificamente na tradução de sentenças, e expõe os métodos usados para ultrapassar as mesmas. Pretende-se assim que seja um contributo para o esclarecimento de dúvidas emergentes e de vir a ser uma contribuição para uma temática ainda em evolução e pouco abordada em estudos tradutológicos.

This work aims to shed a light on the structures used in German, Swiss and Portuguese sentences, and how to proceed to its translation into Portuguese. This project illustrates some examples of emerging difficulties and challenges in the field of juridical translation, more specifically in sentences, and it shows the methods used to overcome them. Thus, it aims to be a tool in the clarification of emergent doubts and to become a contribution to a subject area still in evolution and with few translation studies
