Relatório de estágio na Simoldes Plásticos

Abstract

O presente relatório é o resultado do estágio curricular realizado na Simoldes Plásticos. Em primeiro lugar, dá a conhecer a empresa e o seu ramo de atuação, assim como as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo destes cinco meses, sustentadas por uma breve revisão teórica. Em seguida, é apresentada uma revisão da literatura sobre os temas da Responsabilidade Social Empresarial (RSE), a Comunicação e o Marketing Interno. Por último, são descritas algumas propostas baseadas nestes temas e que visam melhorar o desempenho da empresa.

This report is the outcome of the internship that took place at Simoldes Plásticos. Firstly, it presents the company and its field of action, as well as the tasks performed there for five months, which are sustained by a brief theoretical framework. It also includes a study on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Communication and Internal Marketing which function as the underlying basis for the proposals addressed in the last chapter, aimed at improving the company’s performance.
