Sistema de informação de apoio à comunicação entre IPSS e o CDSSS

Abstract

presente dissertação, pretende ser um contributo na optimização e agilização processual entre Instituições Particulares de Solidariedade Social e os Centros Distritais de Solidariedade e Segurança Social, através da descrição do planeamento de um protótipo de um Sistema de Informação (SI), que proporcione a introdução de tecnologias de informação e comunicação (TIC) nas Instituições Particulares de Solidariedade Social, como suporte a apoiar a comunicação com os Centros Distritais de Solidariedade e Segurança Social. Para suportar essa representação de relacionamentos, foram tomadas em atenção as trocas de informações entre ambas as Instituições e os procedimentos existentes no seu decurso, por forma a assegurar a definição de requisitos de um projecto de informatização, usando novas tecnologias. Na fase de análise, foram modelados os vários procedimentos com vista à sua re-engenharia tendo sido, para tal, utilizada a linguagem UML. Para modelação das áreas-objecto, recorreu-se a esta mesma linguagem para a visualização, especificação e documentação dos modelos processuais subjacentes à implementação do SI. Este SI com interface Web, pretende-se amigável, fácil de usar por utilizadores de diferentes perfis, acessível remotamente, seguro e, considerando a sua instalação no Centro Distrital de Solidariedade e Segurança Social, apenas será necessário um browser nas IPSS. O Centro Distrital de Solidariedade e Segurança Social de Aveiro e diversas Instituições Particulares de Solidariedade Social do mesmo Distrito, proporcionam um ambiente de teste ao sistema.

The present dissertation intends to contribute for the optimization and the stepping up of procedures between Private Institutions of Social Solidarity and the District Centers of Solidarity and Social Security, through the description of the planning and development of a prototype of an Information System (IS) that promotes the introduction of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the Institutions as a support for the communication with the District Centers. To support the representation of such relationships, the exchange of information between both institutions and the existing procedures in its course were considered; this guarantees the definition of requirements for an informatization project using new technologies. In the analysis phase, the several procedures were modelled aiming at their reengineering. The UML language has been used during that phase. In remodelling the target areas, the same language was used for viewing, specifying and documenting the process models underlying the implementation of the IS. This IS has a Web interface and intends to be friendly, easy to use by users with different profiles, remotely accessible, reliable and, considering its installation in the District Center, it will only be necessary a browser in the IPSS. The District Center of Aveiro and several Private Institutions in that district provided a test environment for that system.
