ABSTRACT: With the increasing development of Information and Communication Technologies, has become relevant an adaptation of government and administration services to this new reality. In this sense, the government began to adopt practices recently named by e-government practices. These practices are the basis of my dissertation. At this study I had opportunity to analyze the implementation of e-government practices in two countries with different political, social and economic realities, that, although they set similar goals and strategies, they have a different progress and they present different results. |
