Estratégias de internacionalização na Revicentro: relatório de estágio

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio foi elaborado no âmbito do estágio curricular realizado na empresa Revicentro, visando descrever de forma clara e sucinta as funções desempenhadas pelo aluno nesta instituição de acolhimento, bem como uma breve descrição da atividade da mesma. Numa primeira fase é abordada a empresa, em particular a sua história, mutações sentidas no mercado ao longo dos anos e suas consequências, a sua missão e visão. Posteriormente o aluno aborda os setores onde desempenhou funções, nomeadamente Revimat, Revirent e Reviserv, dando primazia a este último domínio pela sua vertente internacional, pela relevância e relação com várias temáticas lecionadas no mestrado e por ter sido a área a que dedicou a maior parcela de tempo do estágio curricular. De seguida, procede-se a um breve estudo de caso, verificando num contexto internacional, e mais concretamente no setor da construção civil, as diferentes particularidades inerentes à exportação de serviços e produtos, analisando possíveis estratégias a adotar no mercado francês, sustentada por bibliografia selecionada sobre a matéria. Por fim, são apresentadas as principais conclusões de todo o trabalho desenvolvido e realizado um balanço geral do estágio curricular.

This internship report has been prepared within the framework of Revicentro company and aims to describe clearly and briefly the functions performed by the student in this institution, as well as the activity of the firm itself. The first phase concerns the company, in particular its history and changes felt in the market over the years and consequences, mission and vision. Then the student will analyze the sectors which played roles, including Revimat, Revirent and Reviserv, giving primacy to the latter component through its international dimension, relevance and relationship, encompassing various themes taught in the Masters and giving emphasis to the area that was the most developed in the internship. Then the student will proceed to a brief case study, checking, in an international context, and more specifically in the construction sector, the different characteristics inherent to the export of services and products, and analyzing possible strategies to adopt in the French market. Finally, the main conclusions of all the work done will be presented and a general assessment of the internship will be made.
