O café e o chá nas culturas da China e de Portugal

Abstract

O presente estudo pretende estudar a cultura do café e do chá na China e em Portugal, através da análise das culturas e do folclore, especialmente das casas de chá e dos cafés. É constituído por quatro capítulos: as origens do chá e do café, o chá e a China, o café em Portugal e uma visão do presente. O trabalho mostra ainda o lugar ocupado pelo chá e pelo café nas culturas da China e de Portugal e salienta a ligação entre estas duas culturas.

This study aims to study the culture of coffee and tea in China and Portugal, by analyzing the cultures and folklore, especially the teahouses and coffee house. Our study is constructed by four chapters: the origins of tea and coffee, tea and China, coffee in Portugal and a vision of the present. Our work shows how the tea and coffee in the cultures of China and Portugal in order to get the connection between these two cultures.
