Orçamentação e direção de obras: ligações em estruturas de madeira

Abstract

O relatório que se segue enquadra-se no trabalho final de Mestrado em Engenharia Civil da Universidade de Aveiro, em que se realizou estágio curricular na empresa de construção Grupo NEAR durante 6 meses. O trabalho foi dividido em duas partes distintas: orçamentação e direção de obras e por último, ligações em estruturas de madeira. A primeira parte leva ao conhecimento dos procedimentos da empresa em como elaborar um orçamento, bem como a coordenação necessária para a realização de uma obra. A segunda parte foca-se na pesquisa de ligadores para estruturas de madeira, possibilitando a diversificação da oferta construtiva da empresa.

The report that follows is part of the final work of my Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, as a student of University of Aveiro. The report pretends to be the analysis of my traineeship process and progress, which was performed in a construction company named NEAR Group months for the last six months. The present work was divided in two distinct and fundamental parts, respectively: the first one focuses on budgeting and on work’s management, and the last one was on wood strutures connections. Therefore, the first part leads to the knowledge of the company’s specific procedures in matters of how it’s possible to do the budgeting work, and also in order to understand the necessity of good coordination for leading properly the management work. The second one is a research on the wood strutures connections subject, with the purpose of projecting the visibility of the diversification and the construtive offer of the company.
