Análise de esforços em juntas aparafusadas pré tensionadas

Abstract

As juntas aparafusadas são possivelmente o meio de ligação mecânica desmontável de maior utilização em projeto de construção mecânica, interessa assim caracterizar o comportamento com rigor do mecanismo junta/parafuso. Nesta dissertação foi estudada a interação junta/parafuso recorrendo a análise experimental e análise por elementos nitos com recurso aos softwares Abaqus e Autodesk Simulation Mechanical. Quanto ao estudo com o software Autodesk Simulation Mechanical a mesma não se mostrou viável.

Bolted joints connections are probably the most frequently used method in mechanical connections with possibility of dissambly in project and mechanical construction, so is important to caracterize the interactions between the bolted joint mechanism. In this thesis the interactions between the bolted joint and the bols were studied using experimental analysis and - nit methods analysis with the softwares Abaqus and Autodesk Simulation Mechanical. Regarding the study with Autodesk Simulation Mechanical it showed not tted to this task.
