A contribuição da gestão do conhecimento nas boas práticas de gestão lean thinking

Abstract

Todas as formas de conhecimento são hoje em dia importantes a qualquer sociedade. Deve-se criar condições para que a produção de conhecimento ocorra de uma forma espontânea e natural. Assim como a sua partilha, transferência deve ser acautelada e sem temer.. O conhecimento quanto melhor for trabalhado, cuidado, melhor pode contribuir para as boas práticas de gestão magra. Estas duas áreas se bem trabalhadas promovem a motivação das pessoas e o sucesso de qualquer organização. Prova disso é o sucesso da Toyota. Devemos aprender com os outros, ter uma mente aberta á mudança e a novos desafios. Podemos aprender muito com quem já provou que era capaz, como o Japão e em particular a Toyota, com o seu sistema de produção. Se todos trabalharmos em equipa com espírito de missão poderemos alcançar a excelência operacional, para isso é necessário que todo esse processo se desenrole numa base de confiança mútua e humildade e partilha de conhecimento.. É esta a grande lição de humildade que devemos todos seguir. Uma sociedade pode crescer e alcançar o sucesso se aplicar estas duas áreas de conhecimento correctamente.

ABSTRACT: All the kind of knowledge is today very important to the society independent from witch area. We should create conditions to the knowledge production occur in spontaneous and natural scenario. Also to share, transfer without fear. The knowledge need to be very well worked, cared to contribute to the best practices of Lean management. Those two areas if well integrated and under stable can promote the motivations between people and guaranty the success of the organization. The prove that is the success that Toyota have, is the best example how the companies should work the knowledge and the lean management. We need to learn with others, with their best practices, to be an open mind and to the new challenges. We can learn a lot with the best practices of Japan and in particularly with Toyota with there own production system. We can achieve the Excellency. If we can work as a team with a mission spirit. To do so, it is that all of the process flow in a mutual growth based on a mutual trust society. We should admire the humility lesson from Japan and in particular with Toyota. One society can growth and achieve the success if use those two knowledge areas correctly.
