A dinamização de uma edição universitária A RUA-L. Revista da Universidade de Aveiro - Letras

Abstract

A Imprensa Universitária desempenha um papel manifestamente importante em qualquer instituição de Ensino Superior, na medida em que tem como função principal divulgar conhecimentos e resultados de investigação dentro e fora dos limites universitários. O presente projeto tem como objetivo relatar e refletir sobre as diferentes fases que envolveram a publicação dos números 3 e 4 da II.ª série da RUA-L. Revista da Universidade de Aveiro-Letras, fundada em 1984 no Departamento de Línguas e Culturas desta Universidade. O acompanhamento das diversas etapas que envolvem este tipo de edição permitiu fazer uma reflexão sobre as dificuldades com que se debate esta publicação periódica e sugerir soluções tendentes a alavancar de forma mais consistente a sustentabilidade futura desta revista.

The University press plays an important role in any higher education institution, because its main function is to disseminate knowledge and research results in and out of the university boundaries. This project aims to report and reflect about all the different stages, which were involved in the publications of the numbers 3 and 4 of the series II.ª from the RUA-L. Revista da Universidade de Aveiro-Letras. This magazine belongs to the Languages and Cultures Department of the University of Aveiro, and was founded in 1984. The monitoring of the different steps, which are involved in this type of editing, allowed me to do a reflection about the difficulties that this periodical publication faces, and suggest solutions, which can allow the future sustainability of this magazine in a more consistent way.
