Abastecimento das linhas e layout de uma fábrica de calçado

Abstract

O presente trabalho é produto de um projeto desenvolvido na empresa Ecco’let Portugal e é composto por dois temas interligados. No primeiro tema pretendese otimizar o abastecimento às linhas de montagem e de acabamento. Neste caso o uso da filosofia lean e do sistema kanban foi uma constante dados os objetivos traçados pela empresa. Foi ainda utilizado um sistema milk run para o abastecimento dos materiais. No segundo tema pretende-se otimizar o layout de um dos pavilhões da fábrica após a realização de obras. Para tal foi utilizado o software AutoCad. Nos dois temas, os objetivos traçados foram alcançados na medida em que o abastecimento passou a ser automatizado, sem ruturas de materiais nas linhas e o layout passou a ter uma sequência de trabalhos bem delineada resultando num menor tempo de processamento.

This work is the product of a Project that took place in Ecco’let Portugal and consists in two related subjects. In the first one, it is intended to optimize the supply of the assembly and finishing lines. In this case the use of lean philosophy and kanban systems was a constant given the goals established by the company. It was also used a milk run system for supplying all the materials. In the second subject is intended to optimize the layout of one of the halls of the plant after the completion of construction works. For this case, it was used the AutoCad software. In both cases, the objectives were achieved in that the supply has become automated, without ruptures of material in the lines and become to have a sequence of works well delineated resulting in shorter processing times.
