Relatório de estágio na empresa TranslateMedia

Abstract

O presente trabalho propõe-se descrever o estágio curricular realizado na empresa TranslateMedia, no Reino Unido, as tarefas realizadas durante este período e quais os maiores desafios inerentes a negociação com culturas distintas. O objetivo final deste relatório é inferir de que forma a cultura nacional e empresarial influenciam os processos de negociação empresarial. Após a descrição da empresa e tarefas gerais desempenhadas enquanto Gestor de Projeto, será feita uma análise da cultural nacional e empresarial da Índia e Reino Unido. Em seguida serão descritos os processos de gestão de trabalho e será analisada a forma como a cultura influi nestes processos.

This report aims to describe the curricular internship done at TranslateMedia, in the United Kingdom, the work developed during this time and the biggest challenges faced when dealing with different cultures. The final goal of this report is to analyze the way in which the national and organizational culture influence the outcome of business relations. After describing the general tasks developed as a Project Manager an analysis of the Indian and British national and organizational culture will be presented. A description of work processes will follow in order to assess how culture influences them.
