O desafio da gestão de recursos humanos numa IPSS: Florinhas do Vouga

Abstract

Com o presente relatório de estágio pretende-se refletir sobre Gestão de Recursos Humanos numa IPSS – Florinhas do Vouga. Enquanto IPSS a Instituição Florinhas do Vouga depara-se com dificuldades e desafios próprios da sua área de intervenção o que naturalmente lhe confere características especificas. Acresce às dificuldades inerentes o processo de mudança que atravessa ou seja o processo de implementação de um Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, o que é transversal a outras IPSS. O meu estágio decorreu durante esta fase com a implementação de um Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, e da necessidade de desenvolver novos processos administrativos. Com este Relatório pretende-se refletir sobre mudança em curso.

With this internship report it is intended to reflect on the practices of Human Resource Management in a Private Institution of Social Solidarity, more specifically Florinhas do Vouga. As a Private Institution of Social Solidarity, the Institution Florinhas Vouga finds herself faced with difficulties and challenges of their own area of intervention which, naturally, gives rise to specific characteristics. Besides the difficulties inherent to the process of change that this Institution is going through, there is, as an addition, a process of implementing a Quality Management System, which is transverse to other Private Institutions of Social Solidarity, and constitutes a real challenge to this kind of Institutions. My internship took place during this last phase, with the implementation of a Quality Management System, and the need to develop new administrative processes. With this report, it is aimed to reflect on the ongoing change.
