dc.description.abstract | A implementação do Sistema de Normalização Contabilístico (SNC) e consequentemente, a aplicação das Normas Contabilísticas e de Relato Financeiro (NCRF) em todas as empresas, veio estabelecer um nível mais exigente de cumprimento dos requisitos de divulgação de informação no relato da informação financeira. A presente dissertação tem por objetivo analisar o cumprimento dos requisitos de divulgação dos benefícios dos empregados – Norma Contabilística de Relato Financeiro (NCRF) 28 nos anos de 2010 e 2011. Nesse sentido foi efetuado um estudo descritivo usando a técnica de análise de conteúdo para analisar a aplicação e evolução da divulgação de informação acerca dos benefícios dos empregados, nomeadamente de informação divulgada nos relatório de contas nos anos de 2010 e 2011, de forma a construir o índice de divulgação para cada uma das empresas da amostra e por setores de atividade. A nossa amostra foi constituída por 49 empresas pertencentes ao ranking da Revista EXAME “500 Maiores & Melhores” de 2010. Da análise efetuada, concluiu-se que a divulgação de informação sobre beneficio dos empregados aumentou de forma não muito significativa de 2010 para 2011, mas denota uma maior preocupação por parte das empresas e, consequentemente, impacto desta temática no âmbito do relato financeiro. | pt |
dc.description.abstract | The implementation of the Accounting Standard System and consequently the setting up of the Finance Report Accounting Standards in the enterprises in general, led to an increasing level of accomplishment of the requirements for the information disclosure in the information reporting. The purpose of the present master’s degree dissertation is to analyze the accomplishment of the disclosure requirements of the workers benefits - Accounting Standard of the Finance Reporting 28 (NCRF 28) during the years of 2010 and 2011. In that sense, a descriptive study was performed using the contents analysis method, in order to observe the application and evolution of the information disclosure in respect of the workers benefits, namely the information included the reports of accounts in the years of 2010 and 2011, for each one of the companies of the sample, by range of activity. Our sample was built by 49 companies belonging to ranking of “Exame 500 Bigger and Best” of 2010. The conclusion of the performed study is that the improvement of the information disclosure about workers benefits between 2010 and 2011 was not very significant, but the companies are showing to be more concerned about it and consequently there is an increasing impact of this subject within the finance reporting. | pt |
