Desenvolvimento de um sistema municipal de ambiente e qualidade

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem por base um estágio curricular de 8 meses realizado na Divisão de Serviços Básicos e Ambiente da Camara Municipal de Espinho. O objetivo principal do estágio curricular foi o desenvolvimento de um sistema de gestão de qualidade e ambiente, para a Divisão de Serviços Básicos e Ambiente da Câmara Municipal de Espinho, para dessa forma garantir que a Entidade Gestora cumpre com o que é exigido no artigo 8º do Decreto-Lei 194/2009 de 20 de Agosto, que refere que todas as Entidades Gestoras com mais de 30.000 habitantes devem desenvolver e implementar um conjunto de sistemas de gestão. Esses sistemas de gestão foram desenvolvidos com recurso às NP EN ISO 9001:2008, NP EN ISO 14001:2004 e OSHAS 18001, no final do estágio os sistemas de gestão ficaram prontos para ser sujeitos a validação e implementação. São também apresentados um conjunto de atividades realizadas durante o estágio, entre as quais a determinação e inserção dos dados necessários para calcular os indicadores de qualidade de serviço exigidos pela Entidade Reguladora do Setor de Águas e Resíduos, a elaboração dos regulamentos municipais para os serviços de águas e saneamento e para o serviço de resíduos.

This report is based on curricular internship of 8 months in the Division of Basic Services and Environmental in the municipality of Espinho. The main objective of the curricular internship was the development of a quality and environment management system, for the Division of Basic Services and Environment in the municipality of Espinho to ensure that the Managing Entity fulfills with what is required by Article 8 of Decree-Law 194/2009 of 20 August, which states that all Management Entities with more than 30,000 inhabitants should develop and implement a set of management systems. These management systems were developed using the NP EN ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001 and at the end of the curricular internship the management systems were ready to be subjected to validation and implementation by the division of basics services and environmental. Also the report presents a set of activities performed during the internship, including the determination of data needed to calculate the quality indicators of services required by the Regulatory Entity of the sector of water and waste, the elaboration of regulations for waste, water and sanitation services.
