A produção referida
In the European Union in 2005 the production of biogas was higher than 205 800!x 109 kJ, with an annual growth of almost 25 200 x 109 kJ in the last five years. The production is mainly due to landfill gas (64%), anaerobic digestion of urban and industrial waste (18.8%) and codigestion of animal manure, agriculture waste and energy crops (17,2%). In the last years mathematical modelling has become became a popular tool to support for the design, operation and control of anaerobic digestion plants. In the future there are perspectives of increasing opportunities for the application of this technologies and the models that support them. This work aims to develop and implement a mathematical model to evaluate the net energy production of an animal manure anaerobic digestion plant and also give an insight on the emission reductions of greenhouses gases and economical viability of the installation. |
