Estudo de anfetaminas de designer em sangue e humor vítreo de coelho

Abstract

O presente trabalho pretende abrir novos horizontes no âmbito da metodologia analítica para a determinação de drogas de designer. Foram desenvolvidos métodos que permitem detectar e quantificar estas substâncias, que estão em franca expansão, utilizando duas matrizes biológicas: sangue e humor vítreo. Paralelamente foi estudado o comportamento da droga a nível farmacocinético e de redistribuição postmortem, utilizando um modelo animal.

The present work pretends to open new horizonts in the bounds of analytical methodology for the determination of designer drugs. There were developed methods wich permited the detection and the quantification of this new substances that were in expansion, employing two biological matrices: blood and vitreous humor. Parallelly, was made the study of the behaviour of the drugs in a pharmacokinetics point of view and postmortem redistribution, with a biological model.
